We have a small amount of cash, however we are asking visitors to use card wherever possible, including at the gift shop and café bar.

You are more than welcome to take photos and videos as long as it is not for commercial gain. If it is, please contact info@wakethetiger.com with more details. When filming or taking photos, please be respectful of others around you. Make sure to tag us on socials and share the love!
Yes! Wake The Tiger has air conditioning.
The experience has air conditioning, ventilation and heating, so you can explore comfortably whatever the weather outside.
We welcome assistance dogs and can provide bowls for them. These are provided at the Main Entrance. The nearest toilet area for assistance dogs is located in the park across the road from the attraction. Due to the nature of the venue, we are unable to permit entry to assistance dogs in training. Please note there are loud noises, mist effects and smells (nothing nasty!) that may be confusing for assistance animals. Assistance dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
Only those aged 16+ can enter Wake The Tiger unaccompanied.
Yes, children of all ages are welcome. The experience does include some dark spaces, lighting effects and soundscapes which could be scary for some more sensitive and very young viewers. That said we have had a number of adventurous young children who love their experience with us. Please note pushchairs must be left at the reception desk and we ask that babies be placed in carriers.
We do not have a cloakroom or lockers at this time, and visitors must keep their belongings with them at all times.
We do not allow pushchairs into the experience due to some spaces being too small for them, however there is pushchair parking on entering so you can safely leave it until you've finished the experience.
Only food and drink purchased in Junktion Café Bar may be consumed on-site, other than baby food or for medical reasons. No food or drink is allowed in the experience itself.
The name was inspired by the book ‘Waking The Tiger’ by Peter Levine. It explores themes of trauma and transformation. It is about awakening that fierce, powerful part within ourselves to drive change.The vision behind it is beautifully symbolic; on one side, a strong and fierce animal, and on the other, a playful, cuddly cub. Wake The Tiger represents the balance between these two – fierce yet playful, powerful yet approachable.

We have a small car park on site, including limited blue badge spaces, available on a first come first serve basis.Wake The Tiger is a pay on exit car park with a payment machine situated inside our box office. Please note this is card only/contactless. Alternatively, you also have the option to use the ECPparkbuddy app to validate your parking. Up to 3 hours is £3.00. Each additional hour is £1.00. Please note, the car park is only accessible during opening hours. Charges apply for release of your vehicle (or other mode of transport) outside of these hours.
When our car park becomes full there is alternative parking at Bristol Fruit Market. This is at the top of Albert Road, charged at £5 for the day, and less than a 5 minute walk from us.
We want to encourage the use of green transport where possible.
Yes, it's called Junktion; a fully-licenced cafe bar managed by our Partners, Double Puc. You can enjoy delicious light meals, snacks and drinks throughout the day, including sandwiches, crisps, cookies, and more. As part of our ethos we are meat-free and source everything as locally as is possible, reducing our carbon footprint.You can enter Junktion at anytime before, after or during your exploration if you need some time out, however please note, Junktion is only available for ticketholders of Wake The Tiger.

While bookings are non-refundable through ourselves as per the T&Cs, if you purchased Xcover’s refund protection you can apply for a refund through their website.
You are not guaranteed entry without a pre-booked time slot, so we encourage pre-booking to avoid disappointment. Please also note, tickets are more expensive on the door.

We offer Blue Light and Student discounts on selected off-peak times only. These discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
Please ensure you select the correct ticket type when booking, and be prepared to present valid ID on arrival.
Amends to your booking can only be made up to 48 hours before arrival and is subject to availability. One amend request will be completed free of charge, after this an amend fee of £5.00 will be incurred every time an amend is requested and carried out.

- Student tickets are valid only for those in higher education (college or above) with a valid Student ID card.

- Advance Booking Discount: Get 20% off all peak tickets when booking more than 2 days in advance.-
- Free Entry for Carers: Carers supporting someone who requires assistance can enter for free.

Experience
We have designed the park with accessibility in mind. There are some areas that have tighter spaces which may be harder to navigate around with a wheelchair, however most areas have alternative routes for manual wheelchair use. Due to the tighter spaces we do not allow mobility scooters and pushchairs round the experience. We have a manual wheelchair available to borrow for those who need to arrive using a large mobility vehicle or electric scooter but are able to transfer to a manual wheelchair. Please contact us prior to booking your tickets to ensure this is available for you.

The OUTERverse, based on the first floor, includes one slide in the room called Aetheria, which has been designed and extensively tested & checked by experts.We have created rules to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. Please take a moment to review our Slide Safety Rules below:- No riders under 5 years of age- Riders must remove their shoes before going down the slide- For hygiene reasons, no bare feet on the slide- One rider at a time- Do not attempt to stop on the slide- Do not slide down head first- Do not use if you have a history of neck or back problems or are suspected to be pregnant- Exit immediately at the bottom of the slide- No climbing the slide- Wake The Tiger has no liability for any loss or damage arising on the premises- If the slide is a little too daunting, don’t worry, there are stairs to the ground level.Your safety is our top priority at all times and there will be staff throughout the experience to help you. If you have any queries please do speak to them.
A room called Dazzle in the OUTERverse contains high contrast moving geometric patterns and will not be suitable for those who have photo-sensitivity epilepsy so the bypass route should be used. Dazzle may also cause motion sickness or feelings of disorientation. The remainder of the experience (before and after the Dazzle room) incorporates low level, flashing and various moving lighting effects which some visitors may find triggering. If you are still unsure or have queries, please contact us before you purchase tickets and we will try to answer any specific questions you have.
It is a self-guided, non-linear experience, where you can spend anywhere from 45 minutes to well over 3 hours.You are not limited by the number of times you can go round the experience. You can also take a break anytime, either using the seating dotted through the experience or in our cafe bar called Junktion.
The experience is self-led to encourage visitors to explore wherever they want at a relaxed pace. We have Immersive Performers who serve as in-world guides to help you get the most out of your visit. They are available to offer assistance, share their knowledge about the story and art, and enjoy chatting with all our visitors.
